Appel aux passagers du vol Sterling Paris-Copenhague de jeudi soir (21/06/2007)
Passagers du vol Sterling Paris-Copenhague, départ initialement prévu à 19h40, arrivée 21h35, départ effectif : après minuit, arrivée après 2 heures !!!!, venez témoigner ici de la manière inacceptable dont nous avons été traités !
Ce que dit la loi :
"Le transporteur est responsable du dommage résultant d'un retard dans le transport aérien de voyageurs, bagages ou marchandises"
(Convention de Varsovie - article 19)
If you flighted from Paris to Copenhague last Thursday night with the Danish airline company, Sterling, come here and testify ! Just write about the delay and how we were treated !

I was on this flight. Such a delay for such a short distance is incredible Moreover, the waiting conditions were terrible : no information, no transparency...
We all have to complain and to write comments on blogs or websites like this one or consumers forums.
